1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of work with model of data within monitoring of spread of new koronavirusny infection.
2. To the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation with the assistance of autonomous nonprofit organization "Russian Government Analytical Centre" in 5-day time to prepare and submit for consideration of Coordination council under the Government of the Russian Federation on fight against spread of new koronavirusny infection in the territory of the Russian Federation offers on structure of the interdepartmental working group on data management, necessary for ensuring activities of the specified Coordination council (further - working group), and also the project of regulations on it.
As a part of working group to provide including participation of authorized representatives of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare, Department of information technologies of the Government of the Russian Federation, autonomous nonprofit organization "Russian Government Analytical Centre", and also other interested bodies and the organizations.
3. To coordination council under the Government of the Russian Federation on fight against spread of new koronavirusny infection in the territory of the Russian Federation to approve structure of the working group and regulations on it in 7-day time.
4. To working group to carry out approbation of the Regulations approved by this resolution when forming model of the national projects (programs) this monitoring to 3-month time.
