"Article 20. Control of activities of civil defense forces

General control of activities of civil defense forces is exercised by the Supreme Commander Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Bodies of prosecutor's office exercise control of execution of the laws in civil defense forces in the cases and procedure established by the law.".
