According to Item 10 parts one of Article 7, to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, to articles 45 and 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption in compliance with the current legislation ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for test of the fact of representation by subjects of declaring of declarations according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and notifications of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption about cases of non-presentation or untimely submission of such declarations, No. approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of September 6, 2016 19, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2016 for No. 1479/29609 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To submit to management of conducting special checks and monitoring of conduct of life this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
