According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 79-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities", to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of mechanisms of banking regulation" of May 13, 2020 No. 590-IX for providing assessment of financial and economic activities of bank and cost determination of shares by internationally acknowledged auditing firm for the purpose of determination of availability/lack of damage caused to the member (participants) of bank, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Criteria to auditing firms which have the right to carry out assessment of financial and economic activities of bank and cost determination of shares for the purpose of determination of availability/lack of damage caused to the member (participants) of bank who are applied.

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalia Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
