1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure of insurance payments in case or the death of health workers in connection with infection with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and determinations of their sizes;

Procedure for use of financial aid for carrying out insurance payments in case or the death of health workers in connection with infection with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

2. Allocate to the Ministry of social policy 233322 thousand hryvnias on irretrievable basis (consumption expenses) from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for provision of financial aid to Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine for carrying out insurance payments in case or the death of health workers in connection with infection with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus the stipulated in Article 39 Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases".

3. Determine that the Pension fund of Ukraine carries out insurance payments in case or the death of health workers in connection with infection with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus by their transfer to the personal accounts of receivers opened in bank institutions not later than in two working days after receipt of funds on the account of the Pension fund opened in "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company.
