1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases in the field of construction.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2016 No. 890-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 21, the Art. 3040).
3. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its publication and is applied to purchases of goods, works, services to ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in which are sent after day of entry into force of this resolution, except for Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since September 1, 2020.
