No. 7-11, 34) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on planning, development, approval, realization, monitoring and assessment of documents public the politician (is applied).

2. Provide to the state office:

1) realization, coordination and monitoring of implementation of this resolution;

2) application and observance of the procedures established by this resolution, the ministries and other central industry administrative authorities;

3) development and adjustment of necessary normative and methodical base within 6 months from the effective date this resolution.

3. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government to provide realization of provisions of this resolution.

4. The existing documents public the politician, not corresponding to provisions of this resolution, remain in force before the termination of the term provided for realization, but no more than 2 years after entry into force of this resolution.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 33/2007 about rules of development and single requirements to documents the politician (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 6-9, 44).
