About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the health worker"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the health worker" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 5, the Art. 478) the following changes:

"Article 11-1. The rights of health workers in the conditions of emergency mode or emergency state

1. In the conditions of emergency mode or emergency state the authorized body in the field of health care shall:

1) to organize transport delivery of health workers of the state and municipal organizations of health care from the place of residence to the place of their work and back;

2) to provide health workers of the state and municipal organizations of health care with necessary individual protection equipment (protective masks, goggles, medical gloves, protective suits, medical boot covers, antiseptics and other individual protection equipment) in the amount necessary for safe implementation of the professional obligations;

3) to provide health workers of the state and municipal organizations of health care with the proper working conditions necessary for implementation of professional activity.

2. Compensations determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic are paid to the health workers of the state and municipal organizations of health care fulfilling the professional duties and who are put high risk of harming the health for action of the emergency mode or emergency state caused by crisis situation, but it is not lower than 4 salaries on post.
