According to   Items 6 and 8 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for financial support of actions in agro-industrial complex by the reduction in cost of the credits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2015 No. 300 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the commitment form for receipt of compensation according to the signed credit agreements;

2) form of the register of compensation payments to borrowers for the interest for using the credits which is actually paid to authorized bank;

3) form of the register of compensation payments to borrowers for the interest for using the credits which is actually paid to authorized bank for November-December of last year.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of July 1, 2015 No. 253 "About approval of document forms and provisions of information concerning implementation of financial support of measures in agro-industrial complex by reduction in cost of the credits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2015 for No. 865/27310.
