Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2019 "About licensing enhancement" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 326

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and functioning of the Unified register of licenses it (is applied).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Economics till July 1, 2020:

creation of the Unified register of licenses according to requirements of this resolution;

integration of the Unified register of licenses with the nation-wide automated information system in interaction with the operator of this system.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since July 1, 2020;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
