1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of the mechanism of investment attraction in upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants and carrying out additional selections of projects of upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants using the innovative energy equipment.
2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation if necessary to staticize the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2019 No. 1037 "About the list of the equipment operated following the results of projects implementation of upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants concerning which it is necessary to receive the decision about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation, for each action for upgrade which can be provided by the project of upgrade of the generating objects of thermal power plants from among the actions specified in Item 266 of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" taking into account changes, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
