1. Approve Regulations on procedure for representation and publication of accounting (financial) records by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2013 No. 334/6 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for submission of accounting (financial) records by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
