In pursuance of part five of article 143 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about scrap and family, article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2019 "About change of the laws" and Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 No. 16 "About enhancement of procedure for the address with waste of goods and packagings" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 277-Z

1. Approve Approximate regulations on coordination council concerning guardianship and custody over full age persons it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 1999 No. 1676 "About approval of the Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies in the Republic of Belarus":

to exclude from the name of the word "in the Republic of Belarus";

in preamble of the word "Due to the Acceptance" shall be replaced with words "Based on Article 143 part three";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies it (is applied).";

in the Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

to exclude from the name of the word "in the Republic of Belarus";
