About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus":
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289
1. Approve Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine:
the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and Industry ministries of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 are transferred to the control.";
add the resolution with appendices 1 and 2 (are applied);
in Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The Ministry of Industry in the activities is guided by legal acts, this Provision and other regulatory legal acts.";
in subitem 4.11 of item 4 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 2 to the resolution which approved this Provision";
in Item 6 part two:
