1. Approve Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
1-1. Determine:
the list of the organizations subordinated to the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and Industry ministries of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 are transferred to the control.
2. Consider necessary to have in the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus board in number of 15 people.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1584 "About approval of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9327).
4. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2006.
