About creation of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry"

Based on the subitem b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), the Government DECIDES:

1. Reorganize public organization "Organization for Implementation and Management of the Project of Growth of Food Products" by transformation to public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry".

2. To perform function of the founder on behalf of the state of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry" to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.

3. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry", according to appendix No. 1;

1-1) Organizational structure of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry", according to appendix No. 1-1;

2) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

3-1. Establish the extreme number of staff of public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry" in number of 32 units.

4. To provide to public organization "Agency on Development and Upgrade of Agricultural Industry" within one month from the date of registration of changes in the Agency of the state services transfer of remaining balance of financial resources from the bank accounts opened at payment service providers for the accounts opened on the single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance.
