About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of September 19, 2019 to No. 114-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement public purchases", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and Department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting, the reporting and development of Treasury of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to department of document flow and control of execution of documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
