About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on state regulation of import and export of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them" of September 19, 2009 No. 594

For the purpose of harmonization of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of regulation of import and export of ozone-depleting substances with regulatory legal acts of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to article 40-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air", articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on state regulation of import and export of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them" of September 19, 2009 No. 594 the following changes:

in Regulations on the state regulation of import and export of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The authorized state body in the field of customs affairs quarterly represents to authorized state body in the field of environmental protection aggregated data about foreign trade with the third countries in ozone-depleting substances and their substitutes, and also products containing them, for forming of the reporting sent to the Secretariat of the Montreal protocol on the substances destroying ozone layer.

Applicants record ozone-depleting substances and their substitutes and annually, till February 1 of the year following reporting represent to authorized state body in the field of environmental protection the report on form according to appendix 5 to this Provision.";

-   to state appendices 1 and 2 to the above-stated Provision in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- add   with appendices 4 and 5 in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
