1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for reclamation of documents of social and legal nature for citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of September 21, 2015 No. 1786/5/272, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 21, 2015 for No. 1117/27562, which are applied.
2. To department of archiving (V.'s Rud) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
