Make change to the Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service No. 985 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, of the Art. 1371), having added with its Item 7-1-of the following content:
"7-1. Wild animals are donated to animals shelters, zoological parks, other organizations for content of animals.
Cats, dogs and other pets are donated to animals shelters or other organizations for content of animals.
Unrealized according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding", farm animals are donated to physical, legal entities according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 14 presents About.".
