RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service

(as amended on 30-09-2022)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the order by the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service which is applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service

1. Realization of the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service (further - property), is performed according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding".

2. Excluded

3.  No. 699 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.10.2016

4. Inventory items which were in use and have depreciation degree over 50 percent, can be donated to institutions of health care, education, social security of the population, organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and on the charitable purposes.

The state contractor involves the expert to determination of degree of depreciation of inventory items which were in use according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding".
