RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of October 11, 2016 No. 699

About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 1744 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 1999

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 1999 No. 1744 "About approval of the Procedure for seizure of securities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 38, the Art. 1912).

3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies" except Item 4, of the subitem 2 Items 8, of subitems 2 and 3 of Item of 9 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with enforcement of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine of June 2, 2016 No. 1404-VIII "About enforcement proceeding".
