About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Due to the changes and additions made to the legislation according to the judicial and legal reform, and also need of giving explanations undertaken in the republic on the correct permission of the questions arising in practice based on article 17 of the Law "About Courts", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

I. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan accepted on civil cases:

1. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of September 24, 1999 No. 18 "About preparation of civil cases for legal proceedings and terms of their consideration"

a) in text preamble in Uzbek:

in paragraph five to replace the word "mikdord" with the word "darazhad";

in the first offer of the paragraph of the sixth word "amat kilmokd" to replace with the word "mavzhud";

b) in text preamble in Russian the last offer of the paragraph of the sixth to exclude;

c) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the text in Russian to replace the word "be appointed" with the word "be provided";

d) in the paragraph the second Item 9 of the text in Uzbek of the word "159-moddas" shall be replaced with words "157-moddas".

2. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of June 1, 2001 No. 6 "About application of the legislation by courts by hearing of cases about paternity proof"

a) in Item 12 of the text in Uzbek:

in paragraph one of the word "ва шу кабилар" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second the words "t¸khtatilishining of ¸zigin" shall be replaced with words "tugatilish";

b) in Item 16 of the text in Uzbek:

in paragraph one to exclude the word "kab";
