About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 23 in the column "Name of Body of Licensing" of the list of bodies of the licensing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 68, Art. 2232; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 3000) to replace the word of Ministry of Economics with the word "Gosturizm".

2. In the Licensed conditions of implementation of tour operator activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 No. 991 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 97, Art. 3319; 2019, No. 43, Art. 1494, No. 90, Art. 3000):

1) in Item 6:

third after words of "tour operator activities" to add the paragraph with the words "and about their availability to handicapped national groups";

to add the paragraph of the sixth after the words "in duplicate" with words "(in case of submission of documents in paper form)";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 15 of the word "in its supporting documents" "in its statement, supporting documents and data";
