"3. Establish the extreme number of staff of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) in number of 6580 units, including the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in number of 5834 people, federal government civil servants - 661 persons, workers - 85 people.";

b) in structure:

declare Item 31 invalid;

state the note in the following edition:

"Note. The divisions specified in Items 8.1 - 15, 23, 25, 28, 30 and 32 these structures, are divisions of police.".
