Permit to have in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation eight deputy ministers, including the First Deputy Minister, the First Deputy Minister - the chief of Service concerning nationality and registration of foreign citizens of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the secretary of state - the deputy minister, the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation - the chief of Investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and also the chief of Head department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across the North Caucasian Federal District having the deputy minister's rights.
