About modification and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on rules of goods origin approved by the Order of the Government No. 1599/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 174-176, 1755), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

In all text of the Provision the text "/the declaration according to the consignment note" in any case to exclude 1);

Chapter I to add 2) with the following concept:

"The declaration of the supplier / the long-term declaration of the supplier - the document constituted by the supplier under own and complete responsibility by means of which it provides to the exporter information necessary for determination of nature of goods origin, according to the provisions regulating preferential trade between the Republic of Moldova and some countries or the territories. The declaration of the supplier / the long-term declaration of the supplier is constituted by the supplier in English on the single sheet attached to the business document on the corresponding delivery, in which the description of goods rather detailed that it was possible to identify them";

Item 25 to add 3) with the subitem of d-2) of the following content:

"d-2) the declaration of the supplier / the long-term declaration of the supplier according to appendix No. 5/appendix No. 6 to this Provision";

4) in Item 37 of the word "or declarations on origin" to replace with the text", declarations on origin or the declaration of the supplier / long-term declarations of the supplier";

5) in Item 40 of the word "or declarations on origin" to replace with the text", declarations on origin or the declaration of the supplier / the long-term declaration of the supplier";
