1. Appoint:

Customs Service authorized body on issue of preferential certificates of origin in case of commodity export (certificates of form "A", "ST-1", "EUR.1"), on issue of the replacing certificates for release in free circulation of the goods which are earlier imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and placed under customs control based on the preferential certificate of origin and also on and verification of preferential and not preferential certificates of origin when importing. Preferential certificates when exporting the ST-1 form will be issued by Customs Service since January 1, 2008;

Chamber of Commerce and Industry authorized body on issue of not preferential certificates of origin of goods (general form "C").

2. Approve Regulations on rules of goods origin it (is applied).

3. In 2-month time to provide to the Ministry of Finance and Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova implementation of provisions of article 127 of the Law No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000. "About the Customs code" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 160-162, 1201).

4. Impose monitoring and control of accomplishment of this resolution on the Ministry of Economics.
