About modification of the Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67, 67-1 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and observation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: functions by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Item 22 of the Section V of the Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 4, 2018 No. 50 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"22. The statement on receipt of information from the Credit register (further - the Statement) shall contain information allowing to identify the applicant.

The statement can be provided on papers or electronically to the corresponding addresses specified on pages of official Internet representative office of National Bank.

The application is electronically signed by the qualified digital signature of the applicant if applicant is the physical person, the head of the legal entity if applicant is the legal entity.

If the statement is provided by the authorized person, then with the statement the document (the copy of the document) processed according to the legislation of Ukraine which confirms powers of such person is filed.".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalia Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.
