Based on the subitem r) parts (7) article 8 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services at the state company it (is applied).
2. To bodies of local public authority, according to the procedure of the recommendation to consider feasibility of application of requirements of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services at the state company for the purpose of ensuring transparency of procurement procedures at the municipal companies in which perform function of the founder.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
