1. Approve:

1.1. The procedure and terms of issue of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation, to the citizens of the Russian Federation who reached during the period from February 1 to July 15, 2020 inclusive age of 14 years and did not receive it and replacements of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation whose effective period expired or expires during the period from February 1 to July 15, 2020 inclusive (appendix No. 1).
