About approval of the List of non-bank financial institutions which shall fulfill duties of financial agents
According to Articles 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of article 14 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of September 12, 2019 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of functions on state regulation of the markets of financial services" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 79-IX:
1. Approve the List of non-bank financial institutions which shall fulfill duties of financial agents according to international treaties on exchange of information which is applied.
2. To department of financial monitoring (Igor Bereza) after official publication to inform banks and non-bank financial institutions of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
