According to provisions of Items 9 and 10 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 16 of April 10, 2020 I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on subsidizing of the amounts of fees of compulsory national social insurance in fixed amount for the physical persons specified in line items 1.7 and 1.8 appendices 1 to the Law No. 489/1999 on the state system of social insurance, for the period suspensions of operations according to resolutions of the National extraordinary commission of public health and/or orders of the Commission on emergency situations of RM according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
