About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" concerning features of receipt in institutions of higher education for persons from temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the Donetsk and Luhansk regions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To exclude Item 22-2 of part one of Article 1.

2. In Item 24-1 of part one of Article 13 of the word "and authorized institutions of the higher education" to exclude.

3. In Article 44:

The paragraph third to state 1) to part three in the following edition:

"For persons whose residence is temporarily occupied territory of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of settlements on the line of contact temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol which received the document on complete general secondary education, acceptance on training in institutions of higher education is performed within the established acceptance quotas in institutions of higher education of Ukraine";

2) in part four:

to state paragraphs of the fifth and sixth in the following edition:

"For persons whose residence is temporarily occupied territory of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of settlements on the line of contact temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol which received the document on complete general secondary education, acceptance on training in institutions of higher education is performed according to paragraphs the first - the fourth parts four of this Article or on competitive basis by results of entrance tests in institutions of higher education within the established acceptance quotas in institutions of higher education of Ukraine.
