About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 261) the following changes.

Prevention of dope in sport and fight against it are performed according to anti-doping rules of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Violations of anti-doping rules of the Kyrgyz Republic are:

- dope use by the athlete or in respect of the animal participating in sports competition;

- refusal of the athlete to be on test capture, absence of the athlete on test capture without valid excuse after receipt of the notification according to anti-doping rules of the Kyrgyz Republic or evasion of the athlete from test capture;
