About measures for enhancement of procedure for accomplishment of the obligations following from international treaties and membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations

For the purpose of simplification of the payment mechanism of the fees following from obligations according to international treaties and membership in the international organizations and also increase in responsibility of heads of state bodies and other organizations in accomplishment of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan for international treaties:

1. Approve:

The list of state bodies and other organizations, actionees of obligations according to international treaties and membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on contributory scheme, following from obligations according to international treaties and membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international organizations according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine the state bodies and other organizations specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution, authorized bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - authorized bodies) by interaction with the international organizations and to ensuring accomplishment of obligations within international treaties, including by payment of fees.

3. Establish procedure according to which:

authorized bodies on permanent basis carry out the analysis of feasibility in the long term of participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relevant international organization, and also the economic and other benefit received from membership in it;

in case of inexpediency of participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in activities of relevant international organization, authorized bodies make reasonable offers and the conclusion about further actions in the Cabinet of Ministers;
