For the purpose of realization of the tasks determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 28, 2018 No. UP-5527 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing and Further Optimization of Interdepartmental Collegiate Organs" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2019 No. 161 "About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also further enhancement of activities of Special state commission for development of conditions of use of subsoil plots and to consideration of draft agreements on the Section of products the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on State commission on development of conditions of use of natural resources according to appendix No. 1;
structure of State commission on development of conditions of use of natural resources according to appendix No. 2.
2. Recognize invalid some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Sultanov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and the mineral B.F resources. Islamova.
