About change of resolutions of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2017 No. 55 and of July 12, 2017 No. 59

Based on subitem 1.7 No. 262-Z "About technical regulation and standardization" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2017 No. 55 "About approval of Rules of development of technical codes of common practice":

1.1.1. in preamble of the word of "2004" about technical regulation and standardization" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016" shall be replaced with words "2004 No. 262-Z "About technical regulation and standardization";

1.1.2. in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(are applied)";

1.1.3. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that:

conducting normative and technical examination of drafts of the technical codes of common practice approved by the State committee on standardization (further if other is not provided, - Gosstandart), is performed by the state organization, the subordinate Gosstandartu determined by Gosstandart as national institute by standardization on contractual basis;
