About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that realization of assets concerning which on the date of entry into force of this resolution, actions for preparation for carrying out the electronic biddings are performed continues according to the procedure operating before entry into force of this resolution, before the end of the electronic biddings (the end of submission of price offers).

1. In paragraph one of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2017 No. 685 "About the Approximate list of property, including in the form of objects or big batches which storage because of bulkiness or for other reasons is impossible without excess difficulties or costs on providing special storage conditions of which or management of which are commensurable with its cost or which quickly loses the cost, and also the property in the form of the goods or products which are exposed to bystry spoil which is subject to realization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 76, of the Art. 2326) the word "reclamations" shall be replaced with words "penalties in the income of the state".
2. According to the procedure of realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings, No. 719 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 80, Art. 2448; 2018, No. 55, Art. 1918, No. 76, Art. 2533):
1) Item 2 in paragraph one the word "reclamations" shall be replaced with words "penalties in the income of the state";
