1. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Cancel regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Recognize the acts issued by the central state bodies of the USSR which are not operating in the territory of the Russian Federation according to appendix No. 3.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
