About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather military ranks of the military personnel

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 194 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 32:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"colonels, captains of 1 rank, brigade generals, commodores, major generals, rear admirals, lieutenant generals, vice admirals - for the military personnel of ordinary, sergeant and foreman structure and younger officers";

in paragraph six of the word "colonel generals, admirals, generals of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "generals, admirals";

 Appendix 3 to the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to exclude 2).

2. In part one of article 233 of the Front charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Front charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, Art. No. 22-23, 195), the word to "colonel general" to replace with the word "lieutenant general".

3. In the Disciplinary charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Disciplinary charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 197; 2020, No. 3, Art. 24):

1) the Items "e", "є"  and Article 8 to state in the following edition:

"e) the colonel, the brigade general, the major general (the captain of 1 rank, the commodore, the rear admiral) - the power of the commander of crew (regiment, the ship of 1 rank);

є) the lieutenant general (vice admiral) - the power of the commander of the case;
