About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. Make changes in:

1) the Regulations on procedure of transactions with checks in foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2000 No. 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 21, 2001 for No. 152/5343 (with changes):

in preamble:

the words "" about procedure of payments in foreign currency "" to exclude;

words and figures "The decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" "shall be replaced with words" "About currency and currency transactions"";

in Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the word "authorized banks and authorized financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "banks and non-bank financial institutions";

in appendices to the Provision:

in appendices 1 - shall be replaced with words 3 words of "authorized bank (authorized financial institution)" "bank (financial institution)";

in appendix "the representative of bank / authorized financial institution" shall be replaced with words 4 words "bank / financial institution";

in appendices 5, shall be replaced with words the 6th words of "authorized bank (authorized financial institution)" "bank (financial institution)";
