According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and in connection with introduction of round-the-clock operation of electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about interbank money transfers in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 18, 2014 No. 585 "About transfer of SEP participating banks into servicing on correspondent accounts in head department of the National Bank of Ukraine across Kiev and Kiev region".
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.
4. The resolution becomes effective since August 3, 2020.
