About construction of premises

For the purpose of reduction in cost of construction of premises in the apartment, blocked apartment houses and single-family apartment houses (further - premises):

1. Determine that:

1.1. the privilege build apartment apartment houses it is granted to municipal unitary enterprises on capital construction, and also the construction organizations having own technical base and specialists *;

1.2. the construction of premises with attraction of money of physical persons is performed by builders (customers) with size of profit no more than 5 percent from the estimated cost of premises determined in current prices if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. builders (customers) performing construction of premises with attraction of money of physical persons:

within three months after acceptance of construction object in operation taking into account the works postponed for the favorable period of their accomplishment will organize at own expense carrying out audit regarding observance of the requirement established in subitem 1.2 of this Item;

within three working days after receipt of audit opinion by results of the audit which is carried out according to the paragraph the second this part represent the copy of this conclusion to the local executive and administrative organs which issued allowing documentation on construction asset construction.
