About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for management of housing stock and its operation, procedure of architectural, town-planning and construction activities I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. In the Single legal qualifier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 1999 No. 1:
in line items 02.09.02. 22, 07.08. 08.05 words "construction (reconstruction)" shall be replaced with words 00, "construction, reconstruction";
line item 04.04.02.01 after the word "Town-planning" to add with the word "(territorial)";
04.04.02.02 to state line item in the following edition:
"04.04.02.02 Town-planning projects";
in line item shall be replaced with words 04.04.04.00 words of "buildings and constructions" "building constructions of construction objects, highways and bridge constructions on them, airfield coverings";
to exclude 04.04.06.00 words "behind construction" from line item;
