About assignment for equipment procurement for receptions of basic healthcare institutions in hospital districts
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Allocate to the Ministry of Health 2302620 thousand hryvnias from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for equipment procurement for receptions of basic healthcare institutions in hospital districts on irretrievable basis (development expenses).
2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for equipment procurement for receptions of basic healthcare institutions in hospital districts which is applied.
3. Determine that requirements of Item 9 of the Procedure for creation, considerations, the approval and the main requirements to accomplishment of estimates of budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2002 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 9, Art. 414), concerning criteria of determination of the receiver of budgetary funds are not applied in case of determination of the receiver of budgetary funds according to the "Acquisition of the Equipment for Receptions of Basic Healthcare Institutions in Hospital Districts at the expense of the Funds Allocated from Fund of Fight against Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, Caused by Coronavirus and Its Effects" program.
4. Provide:
To the Ministry of Health - approval of allocation of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;
To the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of the new budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
