RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2018 No. 19

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2018 No. 19 "About approval of the Method of forming and calculation of balances of food resources of main types of products" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Method of forming and calculation of balances of food resources of main types of products it (is applied) and to enact it since forming and calculation of balances of food resources of main types of products for 2017.";

1.2. in the Method of forming and calculation of balances of food resources of main types of products approved by this resolution:

to exclude from Item 1 of the word "Republic of Belarus";

in Item 2:

paragraph one of part two after the word "are created" to add with the words "also are calculated";

to exclude from part three of the word "to this Technique";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Sources of information used for forming and calculation of balances are the official statistical information obtained in forms of the state statistical observations, primary statistical data of selective inspection of households on level of living and selective inspection of personal subsidiary farms of the citizens who are constantly living in the rural zone this specialized forms of annual accounting records for the organizations of agricultural industry, hunting, fishery, fish breeding (further - specialized forms) systems of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (further - Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production), administrative data according to the list of the sources of information used when forming and calculating balances according to appendix 2.

When forming balances also expert evaluations and economic calculations are applied.

Forming and calculation of balances is perfromed according to procedure according to appendix 3.";

the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:

"5. Balances are created and calculated according to the single scheme and consist of two parts which, in turn, consist of individual clauses:";

the Item 6 after the word is "created" to be added with the words "also are calculated";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The balance sheet item "Import" contains data on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of products, held for use within the country and (or) re-export, the balance sheet item "Export" - data on export of products of national production and (or) re-export of products of foreign origin.

The balance sheet items "Import" and "Export" are created on the basis of data of customs statistics of foreign trade of the Republic of Belarus and statistics of mutual trade of the Republic of Belarus with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - data of customs statistics). Besides, on import volumes and export of separate types of products assessment and adjustment of amounts of their unorganized import (export) is performed.

For the purpose of ensuring comparability of the official statistical information obtained in forms of the state statistical reporting and data of customs statistics, the list of separate types of food and codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union corresponding to them (further - the CN FEA EEU) according to appendix 4 is used.";

to add Item 12 part one after the word "forming" with the words "and calculation";

to exclude from part one of Item 14 of the word of "food resources";

to exclude from part three of Item 17 of the word "to this Technique";

to this Technique of the word of "food resources of main types of products" to exclude from the interlinear note;

to be reworded as follows appendices 1-4 to this Technique (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
