1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2015 No. 26 "About some questions of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2012 No. 313";
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2016 No. 31 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2015 No. 26".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
