RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

1-1. Establish the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. Consider necessary to have in the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus board as a part of 10 people.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2001 No. 1529 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 103, 5/9278);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2003 No. 747 "About modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2001 No. 1529" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 65, 5/12567);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2004 No. 31 "About modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2001 No. 1529" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 7, 5/13683);

Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2005 No. 28 "About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2001 No. 1529 and of October 31, 2001 No. 1588" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 8, 5/15454);
