The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction which is applied.
2. Determine that ensuring functioning of single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction is performed by subjects of the specified system for the account and in the expense limits provided by it in the government budget for the corresponding year.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
